Q1. Where is my order?

After we get your order, we start cooking immediately. We do our best to deliver your food within the given estimated time mentioned in our app. However, there may be some reasons which are beyond our control and are not able to deliver your order within the given delivery time, we will contact you before.

Q2. How much time does it take for the order to get delivered?

At Myaaku, we deliver our lunch services from 12 PM to 2 PM and dinner services from 7 PM to 10 PM throughout Durgapur.

Q3. What if there is wrong with your delivery?

We do understand that something might go wrong with the order like you order something and we deliver you something else. If such is the case, we shall refund your full amount.

Q4. What if I wish to add something to my order?

If you want to add something to your order, you have to do it through the app as per the time schedule mentioned in the app.

Q5. What if my order is late?

We try our best to deliver you the food within the estimated time. However, there may be some reasons which are beyond our control and are not able to deliver your order within the given delivery time. In such case, you can contact us.

Q6. What if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes after you place your order.

Q7. Can I place the orders in advance?

We provide 4 types of menus namely every day, normal, combo and offer menu. You can order till 10 am for lunch and till 8 pm for dinner for every day's menu. For all other menu type, you have to order one day advance.

Q8. How is the food packaged?

Packaging depends upon the type of the food you order. We take great care to use packaging in order to maintain the ambient temperature. Our packaging is microwave safe, specially designed to withstand microwave temperature.
